Terms of Service

Welcome to PKstar (the “Platform” or “APP”). Our mission is to provide the best social platform where creators and communities can interact safely. To achieve this goal, we provide the following guidelines for all user conduct and content on our services. These guidelines apply to all video content, image content, audio content, messages, moment, profile, usernames, virtual items, and any other activity on our services. Violating our community guidelines may lead to the suspension of your account and access to our services, as well as the removal of any associated content. PKstar reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. You are free to appeal your suspension, but we are not required to provide a reason for our decision.

1. Age Restriction

This platform is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that your account is not operated by a minor. PKstar reserves the right to verify user age through ID checks, facial recognition, or other identity verification methods.

2. Breaking the Law

You must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, or soliciting illegal activity is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct: Hate Speech, Harassment, Violence, and Explicit Material

Any content or activity that facilitates, promotes, or encourages the following is strictly prohibited:

• Discrimination, Harassment, or Violence: Based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or nationality.
• Explicit Sexual Content: Pornography, sexual intercourse, adult services, nudity, and conduct involving overtly sexual behavior and/or attire. The upload or dissemination of any content involving minors, nudity, or sexual acts is strictly forbidden.
• Extreme Violence and Gore: Obscene conduct depicting extreme violence or gore.
• Gambling: Any form of betting, wagering, or prize-based competitions with real-world rewards is prohibited. Please see our detailed Anti-Gambling Policy in Section 7.

4. Targeted Harassment, Threats, and Violence Against Others

Harassment, defamation, intimidation, raiding with malicious intent, or stalking of other persons or users, including PKstar Team, PKstar Group or any PKstar’s official accounts, is strictly prohibited. The following are considered zero-tolerance harassment violations, and all accounts associated with such activity will receive an immediate indefinite suspension:

• Attempting or threatening to harm or kill another person.
• Brandishing lethal or harmful weapons, such as guns, knives, or explosives.

5. Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information

Do not invade the privacy of others. It is prohibited to share content that may reveal private personal information about individuals, or their private residence, without permission. This includes but is not limited to:

• Broadcasting any content that invades another’s privacy and/or takes place on private property, without permission.
• Sharing personally identifiable information (such as real name, location, or ID, and restricted or protected social profiles).

6. Spam, Scams, and Other Malicious Conduct

Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of PKstar services or another user's experience or devices is prohibited. Such activity includes:

• Posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages or user reports.
• Distributing unauthorized advertisements.
• Defrauding others.
• Spreading malware or viruses.

7. Anti-Gambling Policy & Disclosure of Odds

The platform prohibits all forms of gambling mechanisms, including but not limited to: betting, paid-entry loot boxes, or offering cash prizes. Any feature involving random rewards (e.g., lucky draws, mystery boxes, gacha) must not allow payment for participation if it results in real-world gains. For any gameplay mechanism involving randomness (such as lotteries, gacha, or spin wheels), the probability of obtaining each reward must be clearly disclosed to users before participation (e.g., "Rare Item Drop Rate: 0.5%"). Failure to disclose odds will result in suspension of the feature.

8. Virtual Items Policy

• No Cash Value: All virtual items on the platform (including but not limited to "coins", "diamonds", "gifts", etc.) are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.
• "Four No" Policy: All virtual items are subject to the following: No Cashout, No Cash Redeem, No Reselling, and are Non-transferable. They are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use within the platform.
• Ban on Resale and Third-Party Profiteering: It is strictly prohibited for any individual or third party to act as a "dealer" or intermediary for the bulk purchase, resale, or commercial exploitation of in-app virtual items. Users may not sell, transfer, gift, lend, or otherwise distribute their virtual items to others.

9. Impersonation

Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited. Any attempts to misrepresent yourself as a member of Star KSA Team or PKstar Admins is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate indefinite suspension.

10. Copyright Violations

Do not upload any content that you do not have the rights to, or are otherwise not authorized to use. Any activity related to copyright violations may make your account liable to DMCA takedowns by third-party rights holders. Such activity includes:

• Rebroadcasting other PKstar broadcasters’ content.
• Playing pirated games.
• Showing third-party movies and television shows.
• Rebroadcasting a sports match.
• Uploading content from other sites without permission of the copyright owner.

11. Customer Support and Reporting

The platform provides customer support via email at service@livepkstar.com and an in-app reporting function. Reports related to underage users, explicit content, or gambling behavior will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours. We are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all users.
